What is unique about Galilee and why would you bother to check us out?

At Galilee youíll find a very diverse group of individuals ñ some have attended Galilee for many years, others are relative newcomers. What is it that has attracted and caused us all to commit to this particular group of believers? We are a group that strives to be a family of faith that reflects Godís love. Have we arrived yet? No. Do we fail in this endeavor? Daily. Do we struggle just like the rest of those around us? ìYou betcha!î So whatís so special about this particular group of people?

Our goal is to simply work with Godís commitment to us. God says Heís crazy about us! He says weíre the apple of His eye. That realization ñ that we have done nothing to deserve the love that is daily poured out upon us in all-out abandonment ñ motivates us to become a family of faith whose true strength is found not in ourselves, but in this God ñ Jesus ñ who gave everything so we might enter into relationship with Him.

Everything we do ñ worship, programs, outreach, childcare, etc. ñ is our aspiration to reflect Godís transforming love back to God, to each other and to those outside the faith.

It is a God-thing that Galilee is a strong healthy family. He is doing something bigger than any of us, and we are grateful to Him for His work.
